Maybe. Time of the Dragon was my first campaign setting for AD&D, and I've always preferred Taladas to Ansalon when playing in DL.

On top of that, even though the new CS is gorgeous, I'm also in the "too much other good stuff" boat (which is a good boat to be in ;)). After I've picked up things like the Fiend Folio and Unapproachable East, I might wind up snagging the DLCS.

If I buy it, then the terrorists have won. I think that's what Tracy Hickman said...

No, that's if you buy Arcana Unearthed, since Monte is apparently a terrorist (at least against the WotC status quo...)

:D

As for the original question, even though I'm a fan of Dragonlance, I probably won't buy it. I've got Arcana Unearthed, Midnight, Swashbuckling Adventures, Star Wars, Wheel of Time, Dragonstar, Ravenloft, and Oriental Adventures, and I have my eye on Dawnforge, Grimm, Armageddon 2089, and Cyberpunk d20- what do I need another game setting for?

Never liked the books, don't run pre-packaged campaigns, can't see a single reason to do so.

So I guess the answer is "No" ;)

i bought both it and the age of mortals book, over AU and the rest, and don't regret my decision at all. When it comes down to it, if you're going to play Dragonlance, get it. If you aren't, well, its just a campaign book, like the FRCS, or AU. I didnt get AU cause its just a campaign book for diamond throne, and totally wouldnt work in dragonlance. The DLCS is basically the best dragonlance gaming book ever, with a comprehensive history and geographical and cosmological details, and is worth its weight in steel to the Dragonlance fan =)
