In Forge of Fury there is a young black dragon in the last encounter. In the tactics section this is stated:

"Nightscale attacks with one bite, two claws, and two wings in one attack action."

This is 4 attacks. Does the dragon have to use the full attack option to make all of these attacks, like normal? Or can it make 4 attacks with the standard attack action. That sentence above seems to imply that it can make 4 attacks with a single attack action.

Thoughts?

Yes. Unless the dragon has a special attack with explicit text to the contrary, it still needs a full attack.

Full Attack ... Away!!!

yup, remember thought that the bite is at the full BAB while the claws and wings are at -5 BAB ... unless the dragon has multiattack which makes the modifier -2 BAB.

note: the -5 (or -2) is only for the secondary attacks don't apply it to the bite (as you might think from attk w/2 weapons).
