Dragons and Spells.

If I (Shapechanged/Polymorphed/Wild Shaped) into a Dragon, would I be able to cast as a sorceror that the dragon casts at?

I'm not talking about Spell-Like Abilities. I'm talking about the actual "Casts as a Sorceror of X level".

Ok.

I'm not saying this because I want to use it, but what type of ability is spellcasting levels?

I do play Druids, and when my girlfriend asked me this question, I said, "No, that's ludicrous". It is.

The problem that I see, however, is "spells" fall outside of definition in the altering spells.

It's not EX, SU or SP. At least that I could find. Therefore, it's not one of the EX special attacks you get, but also not one of the SU or SP special attacks or EX, SU or SP special qualities you're denied.

Granted, it's against the idea of the spells, IMO, to allow this. I won't allow it. But, where do the rules lie in this matter?
