Dragon's Breath Weapon of Reverse Gravity?

Howdy all!

I wanted to change up a Steel Dragon in my campaign and one idea I had was changing its break weapon (I believe the Steel Dragon usually has a corrosive gas and something else I can't remember) to Reverse Gravity or at least the effects there of. I could see this working as a magnetic type of effect, only effecting metal objects (armors, arms, etc.) which would affect most people and yet give a nice benefit to some others.

Should I run with the effects to a wind on the equivalent of a tornado (175+ mph)? I'd still like to keep to the effect of a anti-metal magnetic effect but what would the incurred damage be? What would the effect be if the person struck a wall or other object behind them? What would it be if there was nothing behind them but open space?

Another notion of mine was to replace their other attack weapon with a stream of steel shards that can do damage and imbed themselves in an enemy. At this point, the magnetic attack would then be useful against an enemy which it was previously useless against.

And, FYI, for the Dragon I'm looking to apply this to, I have plans on him being an adult or mature adult.

Any help is appreciated! Thanks.
