Dragons with weapons

My players want to surprise me tomorrow. I found out it has something to do with the dragon they encountered (young adult black) and that the druid plays a major part in it.
The players are level 10-12 and the druid is able to cast antilife shell.
I suppose the druid casts protection from acid on him and then antilife shell. If this happens the dragon will use trees as clubs/throwing weapons to hurt him if cornered.
Now the question. If a dragon uses manufactured weapons, do he use the weapon attack routine ? (1 attack for every +5 BAB)

Yes, to a limit of 4 attacks. To do this he cannot attack in any other way and must takea full attack action as normal. You can also give him feats that will help like power attack.
