Already I heard that there is a problem.

The game will load to C drive only, and will not allow a transfer to another Drive partition.

Sounds like Pool of Radiance scenario, before the patch. :\

At the Gamespot review, there is a link to the first patch already. Not sure if it fixes this issue.

Okay, I have the game but have only done the tutorials so far.

The game installed fine to my D: drive, IIRC. I will double check that but I don't remember not being able to install to D.

The tutorials were . . . there. Necessary for someone who has never done an RTS but slow for someone who has. However, it did show off some very neat ideas and I look forward to how they play in game.

Again, more as I play.

Have a good one! Take care!

Why couldn't they had the thing fixed before the game hit the market, just like the POR crap.

This is unfortantly standard practice with computer games these days.

There's always a rush to get games out on the market before they're fully tested. To try to beat out the competitor in a hot, volatile market as video games are. Most, if not all, video games have at least one decent sized bug in them. And usually it's better to wait awhile before buying a game because later pressings usually have the fixes in there.

Particularly when your stock and earnings are quite dependent on how the game does. But I'm surprised at the lack of fanfare about it. Their PR department really needs to do a better job, especially with D&D Online.

Talk to Charles Ryan and his second in command.

Wow I hope thats not the case, my C: drive is just for my swap file and doesn't have room to install anything to it.

I have been enjoying it, sure it is a RTS (meaning numbers equal win in most cases) but leveling up, the side adventures, graghics and army combos and fun. One issue, getting to 'special abilities' sometimes is a pain.
