Basically for lazy folks you get the undead template and some other goodies.
I was thinking of using this with the Psionic Metabolism feat in the original PsiHB(Psionics handbook) (pg28)
It basically converts 1 lethal damage to subdual damage every hour at a power point cost.
Now I guess this is dependant on if you replace the entire PsiHB with the EPsiHB(Expanded PsiHB).
But assuming you don't,how would this feat interact with an undead creature?
Seeing as undead are immune to subdual, it would either heal 1 HP an hour, or do absolutely nothing.

So undead have no Con score, so I guess I would be inclined to say that this feat is effectively made useless when you become a Dread Champion. Except for the line in the Undead description that says "...though regeneration, and fast healing effects work normally."
:\

Next up is Rapid healing, I'm guessing undead can't rest as a healing process, I've never actually encounterd this before

Any ideas?

Do the prereqs for Rapid Healing include a certain Con score? If so, it wouldn't work because the Dread Champion wouldn't qualify. Also, that class doesn't really look balanced...even leaving out hit dice promotion, which is more than made up for by loss of Con. The prerequisites are almost funny; any PsyWar who wants can get into the class at the cost of 5 points in a cross-class skill. Comparing this class to taking 10 levels of Fighter; you lose 6 feats and gain Str +4, Cha +2, undead immunities, natural armor +6, DR 5/-, fear aura, some immunities, chilling touch, 5 levels of PsyWar powers, and PR 20+class level. That's a whole heck of a lot of stuff for almost no real cost. I'd strongly advise against using this PrC, and wouldn't have the feat work even if I allowed the PrC.
