Have the HoH here, but not since seen a DN in play, actually. Have heard that it is very useful for the True Necromancer PrC [Libris Mortis].

I read it in the bookstore. It reminds me a lot like a War-Mage, but it has a lot more abilities. It gets an ability (or an improvement over a current ability) every level, much like how the Monk does. Small spell list, like the War-Mage, and casts like the War-Mage, but with necromantic-type spells (obviousy).

Seems like a solid class. Don't have to be evil for it either, though you can't be good.
