Dreadmire? Swamp Sourcebook

By the way, if you guys are thinking about using swamps and want some cool descriptions check out Bits of the Swarms by Tabletop Adventures. The link is in my sig. I own all of the products and they've been pretty useful in a pinch.

Whew 20 pages. I just aint got to time. Lawsuits, Katrina, Copyright infringement. I didn't even know who this publisher was before I read this thread.

I just can't believe all this over one canceled book. And with this gaming community so small its a shame for both party's. I do hope that after some years and time they can mend these fences. I wonder what kind of greyhawk stuff he had in it... i mean in a book about swamps. I also got to wonder if it was enough to change the greyhawk stuff to kinda greyhawk stuff, the wya other publishers have renamed their lolths "the dark elf queen" or parts of a copyrighted world something else. Like I bought Mongoose's Steam punk book, and there's no doubt they had final fantasy in mind when they made it.

I highly suggest a moderator clean up the links in the least. That stuff does not need to happen here. I would like EN World to look at the book for its own merits rather than have a huge flame war associated with it.

I couldn't survive it. I was mainly a lurker but after the recent episode I quit.

I survived it only by sitting in a corner, putting my fingers in my years, and singing "La! La! La!" in a tuneless sort of way. Did I enjoy seeing it happen? Not at all.

Don, there's more to it than just one product. However, the issue is now such an emotional issue for many of those involved that there's little rational discussion. (I don't know if there's a basis for much rational discussion, btw.)

Cheers!

MerricB aka The Bringer of War aka Soulcrusher aka The Official Enworld Optimist. :p

That said if the book is crap then it will speak for itself, but I really think the book should speak for itself. It needs to get reviewed by someone that does not cringe when they hear the author's name. I needs to get the full run through that all others get at this site.

Just call me Londo. :) "But in purple, I'm stunning!"

Does anyone have a store that *is* getting in Dreadmire, btw?

Cheers!

You could start with the reviews at the official site for the book:
