[Dreamscarred Press] Freelance D20 Psionics Writers Needed

Dreamscarred Press is looking for new writers to contribute to its High Psionics gaming line. The qualifications for the freelance writer positions are that the writers must have an advanced understanding of the d20 Psionics v3.5 rules as stated in the SRD. Knowledge of Untapped Potential: New Horizons in Psionics is a plus.

Experienced long term writers or a first-timers looking to get your foot in the door are all welcome. We just want people who are looking to do great work and enjoy psionics.

Would it be possible to provide a little more detail on what you are expecting - pay rates, project sizes.

Sure!

Project sizes will likely be 2500 to 5000 words and are aimed at developing new areas for high-psionics campaigns. This means both DM and player options. (An example project would be High Psionics: Phrenic Diseases and Mental Maladies, which came in at around 5000 words offering 11 new diseases and a new psionic power.) Page design / layout / graphics will be handled by Dreamscarred Press.

Pay rates will be negotiated on an individual basis based upon experience and portfolios, but will most likely be in the $15-$30 range to start. Payment is upon acceptance of a final draft, after any requested amendments.

All rights of the document will revert to Dreamscarred Press after payment, including reprint and all publication rights, including PDF, print and web-based publishing. While these projects will not initially be in a print publication, long-term they may be.
