Did anyone else here watch today's two-hour premiere of this Fox show? It was pretty interesting.

The next episode airs tomorrow (Monday) in its regular timeslot.

Yeah, saw it on Friday. I thought it was really awesome. Kind of like a cross between The Amazing Race and Cannonball Run.

(But I'm tremendously biased, since I'm a sick fan of the Cannonball Run movies.)

I enjoyed it, good drama, elements of a mystery, an action show and a serial story. I do regret the counterprogramming to Heroes though, so i may have to Tivo this until that series is done for the season.

How is it counter programming to Heroes? Heroes' timeslot is Monday at 9pm. Drive is Monday at 8pm. Heroes is up against 24, not Drive.

I enjoyed the show. This was picked up for a 13 show run, with a second 13 or so episodes next year to complete the race. I hope it doesn't go 13 episodes and then get cancelled without concluding the race. If it does then I will suspect that Tim Minear and Nathan Fillion will never go near FOX again (fool me twice...).

Hey, work is work. Minear and Fillion are certainly not starving, but I doubt they're rolling in it either. (Although Minear might've done pretty well for himself with his X-Files stuff).

I hope the show does well, but to be frank I wasn't expecting much. But good words from you guys here on the boards and Entertainment Weekly have piqued my interest. I'll have to check it out some time.

Huh? Both are on Fox - Drive at 8pm, 24 at 9pm. What it's up against is Deal Or No Deal, on NBC.

I enjoyed the show a lot, though it does require a fair bit of suspension of disbelief. I'm glad to see they're promoting the hell out of it.

That said, the overnights weren't that great (4.0 settling to a 3.7 by the end) so that sucks. Hopefully it will do better tonight.

Wow.... I thought this was one of the worst things I've seen on prime time network TV in years. None of the characters were interesting or charismatic enough to allow me to overlook the completely ludicrous premise. I wish the show success for your sakes.
