DRM pdf. warning about Acrobat ver7

I presume that this is all about the full version of Acrobat, since Reader 7 handles DRM PDFs perfectly (after updating the certificates).

I didn't have any problem with Acro Reader 7 either. But I've only got the free downloads so I'm not sure if that applies to the paid ones.

The warning on DTRPG's front page isn't correct. Acrobat Reader 7 does work with the DRM, but it has a slight bug that might prevent you from reading your 'Digital Editions' files at first.

After emailing back and forth with Adobe's tech support just before the holidays, a solution was found.

Simply rename your "eBooks" directory and rename any "Digital Editions" directory that version 7 created. You can then authorize Reader 7 through Adobe's website here, and reimport all your DRMed files into it from the renamed directory.

It's an annoying bug, but easily taken care of by the user

After emailing back and forth with Adobe's tech support, or browsing the Internet to find the answer is an utterly non-obvious place, like ENWorld... :p
