Great, glad to see you got it working. Patching it from now one should be as easy as falling off a log. Speaking of which I've got one, I'll post it in place of the former zip by editting my earlier reply.

Looks like no more attachments can be made this thread.

You'll find the files here. Just replace files. Header & Footer don't need updating.
