Drowning

Yeah, California is snoody. They won't let you smoke on the beach. The BEACH, man. The beach IS an ash tray.* [/SIZE]

Not only that, but it's strange that you can't smoke in public when you're more at risk of lung damage because of the smog. Hell, its actually safer to leave California and pick up smoking than it is to stay there and drop the habit. :D

Screw disclaimers. Texas can whoop their butt. Don't forget...everyone here owns a gun, and most of us own several. ;)

Great. You try and vest my confidence in somewhere that I could end up in crossfire? :D

Or when guns go Bystandard Mode :D

The only time you see something like that happen down here is in neighborhoods that can't afford guns. Real Texans don't even know what Bystander Mode is, so we rarely miss. :D

...according to the rules (I think it's in the DMG) a play [sic] can hold their breath for as many rounds as TWICE their constitution.

Does this seem excessive to anyone?

Yes.

House rule:

Con x1 normally.
Con x1/2 if doing strenuous activity (including combat).
