Yeah, I don't consider the paralysis a threat unless you roll a 1. Good base fort save + creature form with massive con tends to mean crazy high fort saves.

exactly :)

Fire Seeds could be a good spell here if the lich forgets to get fire resistance.
Mmh...i could give seeds to my animal companion too, to increase the chances...(kamikaze bear)

Remember you may need Air Walk or a flying form of some kind; he'll probably be flying.
I prepare it everyday :)

Don't fight him. Find his phylactery and hold it hostage so he doesn't mess with you.
Nice one xD But if i find his phylactery i would simply destroy it :p But i guess he has some sort of allarm on it...at least

Destroying his phylactery is pointless unless you are prepared to kill him. If you destroy it without being prepared to kill him, he can simply make another one. Normally an undead who is destroyed cannot be returned to unlife by any means. A lich is the exception to this rule. He is immortal and will always return to unlife unless his phylactery is destroyed. So holding his phylactery hostage is an effective means of ensuring he doesn't become your enemy. And if, as you say, he isn't an evil lich, I'd think there has to be some means by which your characters can get along.
