I am not so found of the new Wildshape ruling allowing only combat EX abillities to be used in Wildshape. My personal experience with players of druids is they seem to like the non combat potential of wildshape more than using wildshape to lay the smack down.
I am thinking about implementing a system where the player may chose what EX abillity they can use, with a limit of one EX abillity usable at a time. Switching powers would be a full round action that does draw an AoO.
Thus a player wildshaping into a wolf could chose to use the scent abillity to track an oponent, then use a full round action to switch away from scent to the wolf's EX trip attack.
This I think is a nice solution allowing a Druid to individualy use an animals non combat powers while not abusing the animals total suite of abillities, it also forces a Druid to have to make choices in the case of what powers they use.
I would appreciate peoples opinions on this idea, thanks.
