Improved Natural Attack (bite & claw) aren't racial bonus feats... they're HD feats.

Exactly. You only get racial bonus feats. There are denoted with a superscript and ( I think ) repeated in the creature's description.

Usually, when you Wild Shape, you don't get any good feats so don't bother looking at the feats, just assume you get none. This changes with the Master of Many Forms, because you have more of a selection of creatures, though. I don't think any animals have useful feats.

No, you get your own BAB. Which usually doesn't make a huge different because the Druid BAB and the Animal BAB progressions are the same. So, really, it's a factor when you Wildshape into creatures with a lower HD.

You keep your feats (so taking monster feats could be a good idea).
You keep your BAB.
You keep your HD.
You keep your mental stats.

So tigers get Improved Natural Attack (bite and claws). That's mainly what makes them better in combat than, say, lions (so HD is a tad higher, which is also not relevant here).
