D&D 5E Druids with Draconic shapes?

Guys, Im looking at making a Kobold druid that sees himself as the reincanation of a long lost Dragon.

He will be rediculous in his bragging and behaviour while his mental state will be questionable but yet he does seem to have a tie to the great beasts he so reveres. Rather than normal animal shapes he gets draconic forms. This sub-class will be similiar to that of the Moon.

Circle of the Scale
Claws (Su): Starting at 2nd level, you can grow claws as a free action. These claws are treated as natural weapons, allowing you to make two claw attacks as a full attack action using your full base attack bonus. Each of these attacks deals 1d4 points of damage plus your Dex modifier (1d3 if you are Small). At 5th level, these claws are considered magic weapons for the purpose of overcoming DR. At 7th level, the damage increases by one step to 1d6 points of damage (1d4 if you are Small). At 11th level, these claws deal an additional 1d6 points of damage of your energy type on a successful hit.

At 2nd level, you gain the ability to use Wild Shape on your turn as a bonus action, rather than an action.
Additionally, when you are transformed by Wild Shape, you can use a bonus action to expend one spell slot to regain 1d8 hit points per level of the spell slot expended. The only forms available are Brass and copper wyrmling but with the same movement limitations as normal ie smimming and flying abilities are not available till higher level. Until the abilities are unlocked the forms look a bit mishappen and odd ie...broken wings and non webbed claws.

Dragon Resistances (Ex): At 3rd level, you gain resist 5 against your energy type and a +1 natural armor bonus. At 9th level, your energy resistance increases to 10 and natural armor bonus increases to +2. At 15th level, your natural armor bonus increases to +4. The resistance gained is of the energy type of the last dragon form assumed.

at level 6 may take additional shapes of bronze and silver OR go into the chromatic tree forms of black, green or white forms. At this point the forms you choose must only be from one type of dragon ie..metallic or chromatic. Also at 6th level, your attacks in beast form count as magical for the purposes of overcoming resistance and immunity to nonmagical attacks and damage.

at level 9 3 HD forms

at level 10 you may expend two shape change uses to choose a form one step above your normal selection ie a 4HD for rather than a 3 HD.

at level 12 4 HD forms

at level 14 your AC goes

at level 15 5 HD forms

at level 18 6 HD forms

Power of Wyrms (Su): At 20th level, your draconic heritage becomes manifest. You gain immunity to paralysis, sleep, and damage of your energy type. You also gain blindsense 60 feet.

What do you think?

You could also just open the wildshape options to draconic creatures. From CR 1/4 to 6, you have access to a variety of Wyrmlings, Pseudodragons, Faerie Dragons, Wyvern, even young dragons at high level. Keep the rest of the moon druid the same. The elemental forms can be weird, but if your kobold see dragons like a primal spirit, much like a shaman would, become pure fire, wind or earth can make sense.

Something weird, the Morph class doesnt rely on any stat. No stat helps this class besides Con I guess and non hurt it. Kind of strange. Maybe it should let you add your Con bonus to your atatck or something so atleast something affected your combat skills. Otherwise EVERY Morph no matter how blessed or cursed he was with his rolls would be the same mechanically.

You keep your mental stats in creature form, and have things to do when morphing is out of the question, but yeah, it's pretty open ended.
