Have they changed how POW works? I remember is being 3-18 like the other stats.

That should be 15 shouldn't it? A transposition of SAN and POW, maybe.

He's a cultist (see "The Rats in the Walls"); SAN is 0.

Hit points are the average is Siz + Con, so that should be 11.

I always appreciate it when antagonists have their Spot hidden, listen & dodge listed, even when its just the base %.
