dumbest thing a character has survived

A co-player in our current In Nomine GURPS game... well, we'd just had a shootout with demons in the street, causing public panic, and the Russian police showed up en masse. We all showed our documentation for our various weapons...

... except Volkov, a Malakim (warrior angel) whose first mortal vessel had been mauled, and transformed into another undamaged form (he can do that, he's an angel). It didn't have documentation, so rather than be taken in for questioning by the many big men with guns, he... ran.

Miraculously, he retained consciousness after being filled with lead by understandably scared Russians. He wouldn't have survived much longer (GURPS health checks and stuff - he was on -19HT) and managed to go celestial, disappearing from mortal ken, and reintegrated his now-less-damaged first form around the corner, staggering back and showing his documentation.

A good conclusion for a stupid decision, actually...

A halfling in my game put on a horned ring in Undermountain and was sent to the third level near Skullport. The blue dragon there asked why she shouldn't take his skull right then and there. He rolled a natual 20 on his diplomacy. I had to give it to him.

Did I mention The Horned Ring teleports you down nude and all your items randomly all over Undermountain. A nude halfling convinces a dragon to let himnm go. Yep, that shouldn't have happened but it did.
