Dungeon 145

All I know is that in the film I watched, the name Super Croc popped up a lot.

Found it! Sarcosuchus imperator, aka Super croc.

Here's the Wikipedia link: Super Croc

Hmm...has it been long enough since his tragic death for us to make Croc Hunter-related jokes/references? I sure hope so, cuz that covers just screams: "Ooh, yer grumpy! You wanna bite Steve, dontcha? Bite Steve...an' Regdar...an' Mialee...an' Lidda...an' Jozan...."

It's not a joke at his expense, so I can't imagine it being too soon.

Heh. I agree, but the world seems ultra-sensitive these days. Steve Irwin said and did things that make me laugh and smile...things that still make me smile even now that he's gone.

Heck, even when I typed the female elf icon's name a couple posts back, my mind was 'Irwinizing' it, and I could almost hear the Croc Hunter pronouncing it: "MOY-uh-lee--the gorgeous elf-Sheila!"

Yeah...good memories can make you smile even years down the line :)

I toyed with making the croc in the adventure Sarcosuchus, but went with Deinosuchus in the end since the cover looks more like a Deinosuchus than a Sarcosuchus. Either way you cut it, of course, they're both crocodiles the size of busses.

A croc by any other name... ;)

I have to say that is one of my favorite Dungeon covers ever.

Razz,

It will be a while for me. I'm waiting for a) the entire adventure to finish and b) mostly to see how parts #9, #10 and #11 turn out.

Shazam,

Let us know if you get it. I'd like more details.
