That all depends on if you mean the real #92 or the mislabeled #94, which just came out with #92 on the spine. The official internet source is http://www.svgames.com I don't know whether it will be in stock there though, as WotC had a history of selling out of their back issue in a month or two. You might also want to check with www.taloncomics.com. Finally, you might want to check your local book or hobby stores. I've always stayed on top of the periodicals as they come out since they have a pretty short shelf life.
The real issue 92 is pretty awesome since the Polyhedron side had Spelljammer, Shadow of the Spider Moon as the D20 mini game. My opinion of that is that they did a mostly good job on it. Some areas that are lacking are good rules for tactical speed for Spelljamming ships, especially where acceleration and deceleration are concerned. Also, the ships are now about half as long as they were in the original set. They also didn't provide any sort of framework for building new ones or converting old ones, but anyone with 5th grade math skills or better can figure out how they did the conversions.
