Dungeon 99

Just FYI, I seem to get my issue (in Little Rock, Arkansas) about 2-3 weeks after someone posts "Just got the new dungeon!"

why is there no adventure path? have they discontinued this feature?

No, we haven't. But the Adventure Path modules should be the focus of the issues in which they appear, and I'd planned long ago to go in a different direction with issue #100. The next adventure will appear in #102 because that's when we'll have the room to support it. David Noonan is turning over the manuscript for the third adventure this week. I'm really looking forward to seeing it.

Old Dragons never die

Woohey! Ember is back! Nasty little one! Now those two classic adventures really need to be converted to 3.5E; I'm sure the compiled trilogy (or even a converted version of the previous adventures) will sell like hot cakes!

Thanks Crazymage for typing all that in.

I ran both of these adventures when they came out and am really looking forward to the next one.

Its actually Flame, by the way.

Oh man, this is awesome news! I so mistreated my first gaming group at the hands of Flame. They hate him so bad. I wish my old players were still around so I could subject them to this. :D :D :D :D

I'm mentioned on the front page! My fifteen seconds of fame have begun!

*happy dance*

Who wants an autograph? Signed photo? Intervi---What? Already?! Sigh.

I just got my copy of #99 and haven't even opened it yet, but I must say that I am very glad to see that this thread isn't another "Dungeon Magazine has turned into garbage" thread like we had a month ago. As I said then, I have always found a lot of useful ideas (and often entire modules for my campaign) from this publication, and consider it to be quite the value for the money. Keep up the good work Paizo.

Hi Chris,

Past issue #102 can we expect further shackled city adventure path content about every other issue, every two months, or will there be further cases of four month (or even longer) lag time?

For those of thus who have already started or will start soon it would be good to know as there will be impact on our campaigns if we have to wait a long time between updates.
