Level Up (A5E) Dungeon Delving Artificer and Savant

The artificer and savant weren't included in the DDG, so the niche for a dungeon-centric archetype for each of these classes remains open. The question is, what would they be?

For the savant, I'm inclined toward an Archaeologist. It's a classic trope for an INT-based character, and there's not a good way to represent it in A5e just yet. That being said, I'm open to other suggestions.

The artificer I find trickier, but maybe the direction to go here is to lean more on the infusion mechanic and make an artificer that really specializes in recreating the magic items they discover, like someone attempting to recreate forgotten technologies.

You could maybe do some kind of Engineer artificer, that specializes in big, permanent installations: the expert you'd want to call in to actually make all those big room-sized death traps.
