I'd like to see one that catalogues all the Dungeon NPCs for 3E and 3.5E. That way if I, for example, need a Kobold sorcerer, I can look it up and grab a premade one.

Not a bad idea. Others have mentioned searchable databases for magic items and spells. I'll wait and see if the adventure archive is popular than consider those.

The Wyrm's Hoard, an online searchable databaes of adventures, now has 158 adventures catalogues. It includes Dungeon Magazines #90 - #106.
