Dungeon Tiles 'Harrowing Halls' to use 3D elements.

Heck, there have been folding paper models used in gaming for years. Back in the early 80's TSR even came out with a set or two. Fat Dragon Games, Skeleton Key Games and a slew of other companies already have this sort of product out. They would have to be pretty freaking fantastic for me to get interested in. I prefer 3D to tiles, so the DT sets have never really excited me. Adding a few 3D models is kind of pandering IMO. With all the really good products already on the market, it seems like they are trying to pull focus away from other products - but then, I may be reading WAY too much into this, which is quiet possible. ;)

I'm aware of the fold and paste and Fat Dragons works. (which are freaking cool).

My issue is they never seem to be built to travel. I game in public a lot and at conventions and need to haul that stuff around.

I have a hope that the tile set is more compatible with my travel/packing needs. Something I can collapse and carry. Something that can be rebuilt or unfolded to 3d without to much fiddling around.
