Ensign Wesley Crusher: Human commoner

Wesley had a rather lot of variance to him. While drunk on what amounted to an alien disease (which also affected DATA, of all people...), he took over the ship from the engineering room, and did something another character told him would "take weeks of laying out circuits" in his head. When he left the show, he pulled off a Time Stop. When he encountered the traveler, he was working with warp fields in such a way that he generated an alternate reality (although unstable). Other times, he's basically useless.

He's hard to stat because of it.

As to Guinan: I'd be inclined to say an Elan Expert. She basically never did anything but make drinks and talk to people, but she was basically ageless, despite being physically human.

So if Klingons are orcs and Vulcans are elves, I imagine that Romulans are drow?

What else? I suggest the following (sticking to TOS for now):

Gorn = lizardfolk
Horta = galeb duhr
Andorians = ...hobgoblins? (Warrior race, but not as savage as Klingon/orcs)
Tellarites = wereboars constantly stuck in hybrid form
Orions (female) = dryads or nymphs
Orions (male) = probably just humans with green skin
Giant Space Amoeba = gray ooze advanced by 10,000+ Hit Dice?

Did they ever license a d20 compatible Star Trek game? I seem to remember there being a Trek rpg many moons ago...
