Nothing I know of says they're an official race, a quick Google search came up with:

Races of Consequence, available through Drivethrurpg, has cross-breeds for the PHB races, including in this case the dwarf-half-orc they call a sloth. +2 Str. +2 Con,, -2 Int., -4 Chr., with mainly dwarf traits plus illiteracy.

Make me think of an orc the size of a dwarf with the features of orc but the build of a dwarf. The picture also makes me want to what the gnoll would look like if it was really a gnome/troll cross.
