Koch, the personal representative (i.e. executor) for Gary's estate "to Allow Personal Representative to Enter into Agreements to Sell Assets." As the affidavit in support of the motion was filed by Koch himself, this seems to suggest that he's going to sell portions of the estate (my guess is that this has something to do with the previously-mentioned <a href="https://www.enworld.org/threads/e-gary-gygax-sr-may-have-had-another-more-recent-will.672337/post-8403318" target="_blank">"issues"</a> that came up with the <a href="https://www.enworld.org/threads/e-gary-gygax-sr-may-have-had-another-more-recent-will.672337/post-8456332" target="_blank">IRS</a>, though as noted that is just a guess).</li> </ul>Given that we're looking at a possible sale of items from Gary's estate, I wonder if there's going to be an auction held somewhere?</blockquote>
