E-mail notification down?

Albatross!
I have not been receiving e-mail notifications for subscribed threads over the past several days. I have checked my bulk mail and spam filters to see if it has just being caught there, but no sign of any e-mails from EN World. Is this a bug, or has the system been shut down on purpose?

It shouldn't be down, and I believe I've been getting email notifications of reported threads. You're sure your settings are correct, right?
 

How's you Comm. Supporter status? Still active? (I'm assuming you are or have been a Comm. Supp now or in the past because of User Title.)
 

If I go to my subscribed thread page I see "instant" as the notification for the threads I want e-mail notification for.

My e-mail address is still correct on my profile.

My community supporter status is good through November and I have search ability, so I assume it is OK.

It has only been in the past week or so that it has stopped. Only other thing I can think of is that Comcast might be blocking e-mails from EN World, but if that were the case I would think others would be affected.

I'll try resubscribing to the threads and see if that fixes things.
 

Hmmm, still not working. Not sure what else I can try. If its not affecting others, don't worry about it, it is most likely something at my end.

I'm here frequently enough to just check my subscriptions page for updates.
 

Update: Still not working, but it I am suspecting that a new spam filter at comcast may be keeping them out. I have seen a dramatic reduction in the amount of spam getting through to mine and my wife's accounts recently.
 

I just reupped as a Community Supporter, after a year's absence from gaming, byt my email notifications caren't working - I am also a Comcast customer, like Thornir, so that might be it.

Thornir, did you ever get it to work, or does anyone else have suggestions?
