Was told to post this in here. Does anyone have any documentation or list of capstone feats to be used in an e8 system rather than an e6?
Thanks.
Errr... why "here" exactly? I mean, the whole E6/E8/Ewhatever idea is just a houserule sorta thing, as opposed to a "Pathfinder" sort of thing. Yeah, you can use it in Pathfinder, but you can also do it in just about any "standard" d20 game.
Having said that, here's a couple of threads for you to poke through:

I seem to recall more discussions of the capstone ideas in previous threads that are now closed/locked here. That first link is the "current" discussion thread for E6 although there's not much to be said these days it seems.
If you want to get a discussion going, you might try posting something in the House Rules section, and see if you can't get some folks to contribute/build whatever it is you're looking for. Depends on whether you're planning on using Pathfinder as a rulebase or not.
Specifically an E8 game right now though? Not really. A lot of the people that were solidly behind the E6 idea prefer 6 as the cap instead of 8, in part because that's where they want the _power_ cut off to be.
Then there's some folks like myself that aren't so interested in using it as a _power_ cutoff, as a "simplifier"; I basically don't see where stuff past 8th level is really bringing anything to the table except inflated numbers.
It's two different perspectives and while they're not incompatible, they're not exactly the same either. You should carefully think about the whys of doing an E6/E8 game.
As for the capstone thing... *sigh* ... I personally don't care for it. In the case of Pathfinder, I find it to be a pointless thing and not an incentive to actually stay with a class for some 20 levels and in the case of an E6/E8 game I think it's a pointless complication.
The whole capstone thing is an attempt to try and get people to stay with a single class. "Reward" them. If you want people to stay with a single class, just disallow multiclassing. If you're trying to restrict the power of a class and make sure they only get the cool toys at the end (typical d20 game design) just do it that way and be up front about it.
There was a whole other chunk of people as I recall that were all into the "capstone abilities" for E6, which basically boiled down to wanting to cap the game at 6th level but still allow the power/abilities of characters to increase anyway. Effectively, they still wanted to be able to level characters without really leveling them. I don't really get that myself, but... *shrug*
Some people also wanted to do a whole thing involving capstone feats and using that to allow entry into Prestige Classes which by and large are off the table under Rules as Written with the E6/E8 approach.
I personally would be more inclined to just treat the Prestige Classes as either a full class under the E6/E8 approach, or break up their abilities (which is all anyone's really after anyway) into a series of feats that can be taken by some of the classes. Kinda like the idea of Talent Paths from d20 Modern.
I've got a lot of love for the whole E8 thing and that's actually the game I ran for a year. I didn't bother with capstone feats and all that though. I'm also happy to continue spouting off opinions, but fair warning: I'm not exactly in-step with most of the other people I've seen going on about how great E6 is, so my ideas may not be of use to you and certainly seem to be a minority opinion.
Check Pathfinder PRD:
http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/ - it's down at the moment due to Paizo moving to new headquarters. A copy is to be found at
Pathfinder SRD (Pathfinder_OGC).
As you perhaps already know, Pathfinder RPG contains redesigned classes with no dead levels (though some would argue that it is not the case with some spellcaster classes). It also introduces several rules which improve survivability at lower levels, consolidates skill trees and adds quite a lot of new feats.

Errr.. no offense, but... how is this really helpful for someone wanting to run an E6/E8 game? I dig that you're a fan of Pathfinder and that's cool but... doing an E6/E8 game isn't really about any of those things you listed as a reason to rummage around in the Pathfinder SRD. And the capstone feat that classes get is probably not the sort of thing a person is looking for, given that a lot of the movement behind E6/E8 is to restrict the power level.
Can you expand on your idea of how Pathfinder is helpful? Are you suggesting he use Pathfinder as the base rules for his E8 game instead of default 3.x or Trailblazer or Iron Heroes or whatever? Are you saying he should lift the capstone feats from Pathfinder classes and use them?
I'm not trying to be a jerk here, I'm trying to figure out where you're coming from.
