(how) would the Earth's Embrace Feat from complete warrior function in Pathfinder?

It gives you +1d12 on a successful grapple check against a pinned opponent, but you give opponents (other than the one you are grappling) a +4 to hit you.

Would this still work in Pathfinder? Or can anyone see any objections?

I don't see why not. There is still a pinned condition in Pathfinder. It doesn't affect ones grapple check/CMB. It looks like you can use it as written, enjoy.

It might not be as good as it used to be. Maintaining a grapple in pathfinder takes a standard action each round, which also includes one grapple option [Damage, pin, move or tie up pinned victim]. So you won't be getting full attacks out of the deal.
