I 'aquired' the miniseries a week or two ago, but i didn't want to watch it before i read the book. So now, halfway through the first book, i thought let's watch the miniseries untill it catches upto the book (that was five minutes ago)...After four minutes and 39 seconds i turned it off again, there were exactly two things i recognized, two names actually 'Ged' and 'Earthsea'. The rest looks like a bad Xena episode, it seems i'm not the only one.I purposely didn't read much about it, but from what i've seen it seemed that the producers wanted people to say Earthsea in the same sentence as Lord of the Rings.</blockquote>
