First, various quotes for reference, from the 3.5e SRD:
So, because the Monk's movement, the spells, and the Boots all describe their bonus as an "enhancement bonus", none of them stack with each other. But!"Fast Movement (Ex): At 3rd level, a monk gains an enhancement bonus to her speed, as shown on Table: The Monk..."
"Expeditious Retreat...This spell increases your base land speed by 30 feet. (This adjustment is treated as an enhancement bonus.)..."
"Longstrider...This spell increases your base land speed by 10 feet. (This adjustment counts as an enhancement bonus.)..."
"Haste...All of the hasted creature’s modes of movement (including land movement, burrow, climb, fly, and swim) increase by 30 feet, to a maximum of twice the subject’s normal speed using that form of movement. This increase counts as an enhancement bonus..."
"Boots of Striding and Springing: These boots increase the wearer’s base land speed by 10 feet. In addition to this striding ability (considered an enhancement bonus)..."
Nowhere in here does it describe the Barbarian's Fast Movement ability as an enhancement bonus. So it will stack with any one of the above abilities, correct? (With all maximums applying as normal.) So for example, a human barbarian could wear boots of striding and springing to have a 50 speed in light or no armour?"Fast Movement (Ex): A barbarian’s land speed is faster than the norm for his race by +10 feet. This benefit applies only when he is wearing no armor, light armor, or medium armor and not carrying a heavy load. Apply this bonus before modifying the barbarian’s speed because of any load carried or armor worn.
