OK, I won a bid 7 days ago and have not heard from the seller. I just sent my second email request asking to see if the item has shipped but never heard back from my first one. I am not overly worried at this point as the seller has over 600 feed backs and a vast majority good. My question is what type of recourse do I have if I never here from this seller?

You are within right to get the contact information for the seller to be be able to contact them directly.

Not many eBayers like having negative feedback.

There should be a link in your My Ebay section to report an auction. I used it when selling a book in which the winner never contacted me beyond the initial "I'll get the money in the mail tomorrow." I waited a week and then clicked the link. After filling out the form and submitting it, it automatically came back and said the account was no longer valid and refunded me the listing fee.

If they use Paypal and you have paid them, report them to Paypal. They are very good about telling their members to do what needs to be done.

DM

I just had a transaction resolved in my favour. Well, it was more like a refund.
