Eberron 3.5e: Into the Belly (at least) of the Beast.

My Eberron campaign is delving into the depths of Khyber on a little sidequest...to escort the illithid Xor'chylic on a quest to eat the brains of a Daelkyr prince for some reason I haven't bothered to make up yet.

But I need a sounding board for the dungeon in which the Daelkyr resides.

I have decided that this particular Daelkyr has a thing for well, designing creatures. Big creatures.

A creature so big that its insides are the dungeon. I figure someone has got to have tried to make a dungeon crawl through various organs.

Travel the intestines and fight parasitic worms (and wade through crap)! Brave the vicious acids of the creature's stomach! Dodge massive kidney stones! Be crushed in the vast beating chambers of its heart!

The Party consists of: Dwarven Diviner/Master Specialist, Warforged Artificer, Human Cleric, Human Demonblooded Barbarian/Frenzied berserker. Party level is about 12th (cleric has squeaked ahead to 13th).

Has anyone seen this kind of thing before? Is it worthwhile to make the dungeon itself count as a creature that can be killed by the party?

Just looking for any thoughts or suggestions.
