Eberron - Age of Demons

So in addition to Villians of Eberron, there needs to be a Planes of Eberron. With how creepy/awesome Mr. Baker made Thelanis sound in his books, Planes of Eberron would be a book I'd buy in a second if it was half as good.

And it is one title that must be written by Keith, himself.

FWIW, in Eyes of the Lich Queen...

[sblock]...the basic backstory is all about the Age of Demons, and the encounters involve fiendish creatures of every stripe. There's no favoring demons over devils over yugoloths, etc.[/sblock]

So... just out of curiosity. If you're playing Savage Tide, which ends up spending a fair amount of time in the Abyss near the end dealing with celebrity demon lords like Orcus, Demogorgon and more, what's the conversion guidelines for Eberron? Are there any?

Paizo touches on this in the conversion notes for the "Bullywug Gambit." (and probably the otehr conversion notes as well).

I think for placing the Abyss, it's best to divide the "areas" off and treat them individually. Same with the Nine Hells really. Sure they're no longer infinite planes, but that's mostly a useless concept for me. So, the War Hierarchy of devils might be the Nine Pits, a region of Shavarath fortified for their Eternal War. The Abyssal Sea fits great in Khyber, as does the Maze, but other places could be on Shavarath or Fernia, even Thelanis has room for Zuggtmoy.

[sblock]The conversion notes suggest that you place the various realms of the demon lords as realms within Khyber - Demogorgon is a unique fiend from the Age of Demons, less powerful than one of the Overlords but more powerful than the fiends which formed the Lords of Dust. While the Lords of Dust generally seek to free their imprisoned masters, Demogorgon intends to take their power for himself - and the savage tide is how he intends to do so.

The idea is that Khyber is an extradimensional place far larger than the internal dimensions of the planet Eberron would allow. It's no trouble to place the "Abyssal Ocean" and the various realms of the demon lords down there - but then, we've only received conversion notes for the first four adventures, so we lack Keith's specific ideas concerning them as of yet.[/sblock]

Can't remember where I saw it, but I'm sure that night hags were mentioned as one of the demons of the 'Age of Demons'.

Night hags were also around in the Age of Demons--that's where the famous Sora Kell comes from, and she was probably the most powerful of the hags.
