Just like warforged, indeed.
Unless of course they've got a penalty to their saving throws. Which seems to be getting rather common at higher levels.

I was waiting for someone who can't resist the urge.
Self Repair is quite a neat ability but does anyone feel the remaining attack powers are a little.........underpowered?
So, it's essentially a cyberpunk-style "cybernetic implant" in the D&D game (that actually makes sense). How cool is that. I'm totally stoked about Eberron 4e. What's not to love about film noir meets pulp fiction meets lost worlds meets cyberpunk, all in the context of D&D?

Yup. Most of the non-attack abilities warforged already have.

Like others said, it works just like for warforged.
But both still die if their hp hit "negative bloodied".
