Eberron - Warforged with +1 throwing returning gauntlet?

I want a warforged who can use the Gekigan Punch! from Nadesico. Does anyone see a rules reason why I couldn't have a +1 throwing returning gauntlet attached to my body?

Warforged, I think, can wear gauntlets over their fists. So technically, gauntlets are not attached to your warforged, and thus having a +1 throwing returning gauntlet is a rather good idea.

There is a way to get your attack WITHOUT a gauntlet. In Savage Species, there's a magic item called the Necklace of Natural Weapons (?), which allows you to enhance one or more natural weapons via this necklace. So again, you can enhance your warforged's slam attack with the +1 throwing returning you're looking for.

I'm sorry, but to do that you must first have your fists made out of pure gekiganium. Otherwise it just doesn't work.

:D

No reason not to do it. You can even have a +1 throwing returning battlefist. Add to that a pair of nightmare boots (winged boots, but instead of wings you leave a trail of fire) and you can call yourself S.T.R.I.P.E. (wikipedia it up). ;)

Actually there is no rule stating that a warforged can enchant his natural attacks.
A warforged is allowed to enhance his armor. Mainly because he does not get an armor/robe slot to wear magic armor on.

That is correct. A warforged's natural attacks are treated like any creature's. He can, however, receive a permanent magic fang.

1. IIRC Warforge cannot detach bodyparts any more than a human can.
2. The gauntlet lets you deal lethal unarmed strike damage. unarmed strikes have no range.
3. If you are attributing the Roketto Paanchi! to Nadesico, you need to watch more anime ;) .

Gauntlet
This metal glove lets you deal lethal damage rather than nonlethal damage with unarmed strikes. A strike with a gauntlet is otherwise considered an unarmed attack. The cost and weight given are for a single gauntlet. Medium and heavy armors (except breastplate) come with gauntlets.
