Economics of print-on-demand books

Sorry for posting such a basic and non-D&D question. I figured it comes up a lot around here, I can't get the numbers on the internet, and lots of people around here are probably curious.

What would it cost to get an individual POD order of?
1) A 200 page black and white interior hardcover? Maybe like MM2 for AD&D.
2) A 200 page black and white interior softcover? Maybe like MM2 for AD&D.
3) A 200 page color interior softcover? Like the old Planescape books and 2E monster appendices.
4) A 32 page color interior softcover. Like an OOP Paizo module.

I'm trying to get ballpark figures.

I went to like 4 different POD websites. They were pretty unclear and oriented towards slightly larger bulk quantities (500ish) of vanity paperbacks. Some required an email to get a quote.

Thanks!

Ah, yes, it's hidden. Not on the front page. I had to google it.

Black and white is dramatically cheaper than color.

Thanks guvnor.

Thats interesting, thanks for the link. Out of curiousity I presume any black and white print option comes with a (wraparound) colour cover...am I right in thinking that?
