Ed Greenwood's Castlemorn. What's the story?

I know nothing about this one, but it's soon to be released apparently.

Is this Ed's home campaign world?

I've heard that the Realms is quite different from Ed's home campaign, so is this new Castlemorn setting presenting his house campaign -- the *true* Realms, if you like -- or is it a NEW world entirely?

Indeed, is Ed still playing in his *original* (different from the published version) Realms anyway?

Thanks.

It's a whole different setting, just like his nonFR novels, that are published by TOR, is also a whole different setting, which is different then FR and Castlemorn. :)

As far as Ed has said, yes he and his original group(s) still play in his version of FR, when they get a chance to.

Last I heard Fast Forward was supposed to be putting it out but apparently a new game company, Stuido 2 I think, is supposed to have it out in the last quarter of 2004. Looks interesting.

If you tune in at mortality.net and listen to their show number 50, Ed G is telling a bit about this new thing. The show is a bit old, as of February this year, but guess the content of the setting still stands......
I recommend downloading the file, since I could not get it to work otherwise :\
Cheers,
Stegger
