One good thing that came out of the tragedy was Chavo ditching that horrible "Kerwin White" gimmick.

That was one good thing to come out of it. That character was beyond lame.

That's Nick "Eugene" Dinsmore you're thinking of. He was hospitalized during the WWE's recent European tour for overdosing on painkillers and that's what led to the new drug testing policy at WWE.

All they've done so far is annouce one. I'll believe it when the workers actually get a copy of the plan on paper and it actually gets enforced.
Oh, and EVERYONE better be subject to it (I'm looking at you HHH).

a wrassler. don't know much about him though, as he appeared on the scene after i stopped following WWF.

Eddie Guerrero was a pro wrestler. One of the top wrestlers in the business over the last few years. He battled drug/alcohol issues in the past, and died recently.
