Just to let you know, Ground Zero (just west of the U of A campus) folded, which surprises me since students are commonly gamers. They had exhibition games and games in store (I played in some 7th sea stuff), so they were obviously trying to provide other services than just books.
Warp I seems to be suffering from the "browse & buy online" syndrome- they found their books were well-handled, but sales were down. Thus the plastic wrapping of everything. I don't know how well that's going to work, as irritating your customers generally doesn't cause business to pick up.
Anyway, consider your business model carefully.
