Do the feats Education from the Eberron Campaign Setting or Well Read from Dragon #315 a greyhawk regional feat that grant all knowledge skills as class skills apply only to the maximum number of ranks or do they make all knowldege skills class skills for every class you take?
In other words does a character who takes one of these feats for a fighter still have to spend 2 skill points to get one rank in a knowledge skill?
