Not in and of itself, no. Of course it would be unable to cast spells, or to use any of its abilities that are specifically noted as magical. It looks like the only abilities it would lose (beyond spells) are the Frightening Gaze and Disrupt Life legendary actions. Pretty much restricted to paralyzing touch.
 

Undead are created by magic but once the spark is lit the suppression of magic has no effect on them. So you can't cast Create Undead in an antimagic field, but the dead you do create should work fine inside one.
