Storm elemental is perfect. Thanks.
Or just use a Fire Elemental and......<wait fer it!!>..... change the energy damage to electricity!

How long would that conversion take....4 seconds? :]

That's a good idea, but i'm kinda strapped for time. I'm modifying the disciple of mephistopholes in the Book of Vile Darkness, to make a non evil electricity desciple, and i need to replace the summon hammatula ability with something else.
BOVD was 3.0. This 9 HD monster was what that PRC ability got you.

.....awwwwww.......

I saw that frankthedm had posted, so I had assumed he was gonna link to one of his cool advanced monsters.

....or, at the very least, give us one of his highly useful counters (gotta lightning elemental?)!

:)

Although i appreciate your enthusiasm Nail, a fire elemental is not "lightning quick" and the new creatures "burn" ability can ignite enemies with electricity. The Advanced Behir will do nicely, thank you deathseeker.

Last time I got zapped with some electricity, I got burned.....

:)

If the burn ability doesn't work, swap it with "residual static". Same effect, but lingering electric damage that's removed if the creature takes a full-round action to ground himself.

Done.

This really isn't difficult!

Replace the 'burn' of a fire elemental with "ignores metal armor" for lightning elemental slams and give it "Metal Glide" like the earth elemental's "Earth glide".
