Howdy folks!
Anyways, this pertains to dungeon mapping, stronghold mapping, etc. I use Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop to create all of my dungeon maps and stronghold maps (I suck at overland maps), and I've been trying to duplicate the look and feel of the simple grayscale maps found in the Stronghold Builder's Guidebook.
I don't have a problem with basic layouts or anything, but I do with stuff like the walls (I love the bricks). Everything else, like doors, windows, traps, furniture, and decoration, I already have created in a template file, complete with legends. I guess I have 2 questions:
1) Does anybody have any Illustrator or Photoshop templates they use for dungeon mapping, such as wall patterns or something similar? If so, I wouldn't mind gettin' my hands on them to get a jump start.
2) Anybody have any suggestions as far as how to recreate the look and feel of these dungeon/stronghold layouts? Either that, or if anyone can point me to some kind of online tutorial, that would be great.
Thanks a bunch, ya'll!
