At least Jen looks good in the trailer, she has had the bony look going the last few times I have seen her on TV. She was the best thing about DD, Ben being the worst. I will pass judgement when it hit screens.

I will see the movie because I liked Daredevil, though I was the only one who really liked it out of my group of friends. I have lost a lot of respect for Garner and the things she does because she became typical Hollywood as soon as Alias got big. She is talented, I will give her that. Regardless, Elektra may turn out to be a good movie, so I will give it a chance.

It's not what I was expecting, but it's not like Miller's Elektra wasn't full of Ninja Magic type stuff.

However, this feels too much like Crouching Tiger.

And yes, Garner is hot (there is more to her than just a forehead y'know). I still would have preferred Eliza Dushku for Elektra but Garner is ok in the role.

I am just tired of comic/superhero movies. I feel like I am being beaten over the head with them and most of them have been mediocre at best. I will pass on this as I passed on Spiderman II. I am just bored with the whole thing. For the record (so you know my background), I liked comic based cartoons but have never read a comic.

in millers DD... theres the bit with bullseye and DD and elektra... where bullseye kills elektra in the same frame by frame shots in the comic and the movie.

in millers Elektra Lives Again... she comes back thanks to magical ninjas.

So, since she's like DEAD after DD, Mouseferatu...how would you propose to work around that in the "real" world of DD?

Jennifer garner is very beautiful and for all who would like to say she is not beautiful ....if she came on to you ,you would respond in like.I am sure of it....

It looks OK. But like many comic book movies it wont be great (Hopefully it wont be as bad as the Hulk or the last few Batman movies).

I'll end up seeing it, but mostly because a few of my friends ar big comic book guys.

in the DD movie she didn't die at all; that's what we're supposed to get from the last scene of the movie where Affleck finds her necklace or whatever it was with brail on it.

But Alzrius, how does a non super-powered person survive a sai through the chest? DD even checked and her heartbeat stopped. So rather than believe MAGIC might have something to do with it, we should just believe that somehow when the paramedics finally got there, they restarted her heart and stopped the loss of blood and sewed up her insides quick enough for her to leave DD the necklace not long after?

I think MAGIC is easier to swallow.
