Really really really hope that they've learned their lessons before writing that book. This is WotC's chance to fulfill an over-decade-old gaming dream of mine.

Sorceror e-build honestly wouldn't be that bad to have. I'm just hoping that they realize some of the massive potential of the elemental power source and don't just release another half-hearted project like HoS.

What's the worst that could happen? One terrible elemental class and then support for the wizard and cleric?

Indeed, this elemental hero handbook should really give us some cold support for the classes that don't have any, especially for weapon wielding martial classes. Like the poor ranger doesn't have a single cold power, they should get some at-will utility that tacks on extra cold damage or something so we can make rangers from the frozen north. Maybe a theme for the fighter that gives him cold resistance and immobilizes with combat challenge attacks. And there should be a dragonborn warlord power that enshrouds everyone's weapons with icy death increasing crit ranges to 16-20 or something. There just isn't enough support for cold.
