Actually Andys response was something along the lines of the "its an error, its supposed to refer to ISR"

I know. That was my first post here.

But that argument makes no sense.

Ask him again. Of course, it could be that he wasn't the one working on those references, or the original and final feats either, so he may not know one way or the other.

I have no idea what prerequites would be appropriate, but I'd make it give an SR of level +5

Over on the WotC boards they came up with the idea of Iron Will, Lightning Reflexes, and Great Fort as prereqs. Thats a start but might be too much. Maybe any two of the above?...
